Sports institutions have become significant structures in both social and economic terms today (Devecioğlu, 2005). Institutions such as sports clubs, federations, sports facilities, and recreation centers serve a wide audience, bring together different age groups, and contribute to the physical, social, and psychological development of society (Chelladurai and Kim, 2022). Therefore, sports management is not only an administrative process but also a multidimensional management field encompassing human relations, communication, and organizational values. Within this multifaceted structure, leadership and organizational culture are crucial for the effective management of sports institutions.
